Request Pool or Spa Service
Residential Maintenance includes the following.
- Blow off deck
- Test and adjust water chemistry
- Brushing the walls and tile line
- Brush bottom
- Vacuum bottom as needed
- Skim surface
- Backwash filter
- Fill chlorinator
- Clean pump and skimmer baskets
- Visually inspect equipment
- Document test results
- Advise customer of any repairs
*Weekly maintenance customers do not get charged for service calls or return trip fees.
*16 maintenance stop minimum agreement required.
*Additional labor, parts, or chemicals for maintenance or repairs will be added to monthly invoice.
*Rates start at $100 per maintenance stop and includes 1 hour with 1 technician or 30 min with 2 technicians.
