*Rates start at $100 per maintenance stop and includes 1 hour with 1 technician or 30 min with 2 technicians.
Save on Labor
Things we request you do to avoid extra labor charges before your opening appointment.
- Have Pool Accessable.
- Remove all water from the top of autocover or tarp cover.
- Raise water to the top of the skimmer faceplate for vacuuming purposes.
- Have a hose hooked up and the water turned on to the spigot.
- Have the breaker turned on for the equipment.
- Have any chemicals from last year out by the swimming pool (Chlorine Tablets, Algaecide, Clarifier, Metal Free, Bags of Salt, etc.).
- Have your skimmer baskets, backwash hose, handrails, bag for winter cover, and ladders out by the swimming pool.

- All Commercial Pool Openings are priced based on time and materials.
Extras
From time to time, we run into pools that exceed the normal amount of time and effort to open. In these cases the following may apply.
- CHEMICALS REQUIRED BEYOND THE INITIAL TREATMENT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST.
- ADDITIONAL LABOR FEES COULD APPLY IF THE PERMITTED TIME IS EXCEEDED.
- VACUUMING, BRUSHING, AND SKIMMING THE POOL CAN BE ADDED FOR $130 PER HOUR PER MAINTENANCE TECHNCIAN.
