Residential Service Plans
Oru residential service plans are designed to keep you doing one thing, enjoying your pool or hot tub. These service options are tailored to use, and budget making sure that your service level is what you’re comfortable with. Our plans start at 16 weeks and recieve priority scheduling for repairs and other issues.
Cleaning Items
- Blow off deck
- Surface Skim
- Brushing the walls and tile line
- Broom and vacuum bottom
- Clean Baskets (poolside and equipment)
Maintain
- Test and adjust water chemistry
- Backwash filter
- Fill chlorinator
- Visually inspect equipment
- Document test results

Our service plan clients are the happiest because they don’t have to worry about their pool or equipment unless there is an actual problem.
*Additional labor, parts, or chemicals for maintenance or repairs will be added to monthly invoice.
*Rates start at $100 per maintenance stop and includes 1 hour with 1 technician or 30 min with 2 technicians.
